The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with US labor laws and industry standards. Candidates with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research industry, will be prioritized.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with US policies and standards.
  • Address employee queries and HR-related concerns for US team members.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance records aligned with US regulations.
  • Collaborate with the US HR team to implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Utilize HRM systems to manage employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in US-based HR operations, healthcare, clinical trials, or research-based industries.
  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills for US-based roles.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HRM systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in remote hiring, handling US employee relations, and compliance management is preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, On-site (Karachi Office)
  • Monday to Friday | 6 PM – 2 AM (Pakistan Time) (Night Shift)
