Our client is a large and industry-leading organization and is currently looking for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join their Business Partner team. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm with strong interpersonal skill who is able to thrive under pressure.Responsibilities:

• Lead a small Business Partner team and work closely with stakeholders on people management plans, including recruitment, budgeting, manpower planning, performance management and staff relations plan design
• Responsible for annual performance management process and work closely with department leaders to implement effective succession planning
• Provide professional advice and service to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development
• Handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities to ensure people plans are in place (manpower planning, succession planning, etc.)
• Participate in new HR initiatives and projects/programs
• Lead and participate actively in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• A minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
