Our client is a HK listed conglomerate, currently seeking an experienced Head of HR Business Partner to lead a team of junior HR Business Partners in their growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional with a proven track record of collaborating with C-suite executives and driving cross-border initiatives within large corporations.About The Role

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of junior HRBPs, fostering capability and excellence in business partnering
• Navigate complex organizational dynamics with maturity, discretion, and tactful communication
• Drive talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development across multiple business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape a high-performance culture in a fast-paced, listed corporate environment

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant disciplines
• Progressive HR experience; proven leadership of HRBP teams, ideally within sizeable listed companies
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Fluent in English and Chinese
