Job description: ROLE SUMMARYThe Sr Health Representative is responsible for supporting their customers with their designated portfolio within a defined geographical territory across Pakistan via Digital & F2F interactions.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Making professional & skilful presentations to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.
Do constant opportunity scan at network and account level for generating leads for new business and grow existing business.
Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.
Manage a robust KOLs and key customer relationship independently and be able to
Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through M.I. system.
Preparing his/her weekly and monthly call plans and properly follows it to improve coverage of A, B & C class customers as per defined KPIs.
Keeping track of competitive activities in his/her geographical area and provide feedback to health representative manager/Country Brand Manager/ Category Lead for onward communication to marketing for rebuttal strategies.
Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model and to new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
Provide support for enlisting and tenders for responsible hospitals and product portfolio
Managing, monitoring and achieving of key performance parameters; Financial and non-financial KPIs such as activities vs target and call coverage plan
Forwards technical queries raised by the doctors to the Medical Division for clarification.
Manager a broader geography to cover multiple cities.
Ability to constantly rebalance business and customer priorities.
Acts as key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive only connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
Prepare and present for monthly business reviews led by the DFM/CBM/Category Lead.
Able to work on KAM and chalk out key stake holders for each account.
Able to strategize for future areas of growth for his region.
Able to keep a track of the projects assigned by marketing and present the progress in business reviews.
Ensures stock availability of major promotable products at retail level/ institutions in the region for honoring the prescriptions generated by his/her customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Science or Business or a healthcare background (e.g pharmacist) solid knowledge of the industry would be preferred.
2-3 years of selling experience in pharmaceutical field would be preferred
Good communication skills with strong written and verbal skills to help build trust and deliver value F2F & virtual interactions.
Digital savviness will be an added advantage.

External stakeholders: Relevant portfolio HCPs as directed by Manager
