As a Global Forecasting Lead, you have a unique opportunity to drive transformative changes. As a key figure the position entails spearheading strategic forecasting initiatives to shape the future of our forecasting solutions, directly contributing to our mission of pioneering forecasting methodologies for informed decision-making.You will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee the obesity portfolio and Long-Term Forecast (LTF) process, acting as the primary liaison to the LTF central team.
  • Direct the development of high-quality forecasts for key products at regional and/or global levels, encompassing LTF, Spring Review (SR), Gate passage, and support for Business Development cases.
  • Lead alignment of assumptions and forecasts across operational units/regions and key markets.
  • Lead the creation of market models and delivery of analyses to impact strategic decision-making, while consistently enhancing forecast processes and providing decision-making support to senior management, fostering strong business partnerships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree – preferably a masters – in business, engineering, natural sciences or similar.Other required qualifications include:

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or health care industry or form a consultancy agency.
  • Extensive years of experience within commercial long- and short-term forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
