We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business process analysis, ERP implementations, stakeholder management, and project delivery. A key focus of this role will be to enhance user adoption of already implemented ERP modules and lead the rollout of new modules, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365.What You’ll Lead and Deliver :

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional ERP requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and document functional specifications, business process flows, use cases, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure ERP modules
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and risks using agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support to ensure smooth transition and adoption.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:Experience: 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with hands-on exposure to project management organization is preferred.Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• ERP Certification in relevant platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of complex organizational structures involving multiple business units, product units, and departments working in coordination
• Strong understanding of core business functions: Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Sales, and HR.
• Proficiency in any major ERP platform and demonstrated experience in end-to-end ERP lifecycle implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-prem)
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
