• Provide check-in services according to procedures set by the Front Office Manager.
• Monitor daily room sales and be familiar with room locations and hotel facilities.
• Register incoming guests and ensure registration cards are filled out correctly.
• Communicate guest arrivals, room changes, and special arrangements to relevant departments.
• Stay updated on hotel events and functions.
• Record important matters for follow-up in the logbook.
• Handle cashier functions, including check-outs and currency exchanges.
• Assist with reservations and guest requests promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or guest services role is preferred.
• More experience will be considered as senior position.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems.
• Ability to handle cash and reconcile balances accurately.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
