Posting Date: 2025-06-19Cathay Subsidiary ServicesSenior Financial Services Officer – Order to CashCathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.Key ResponsibilitiesInput / Update required data in the billing systems in an accurate, complete and timely manner;Raise customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with terms and conditions of sales contract;Perform month-end close of debtor’s sub-ledger in an accurate, complete and timely manner;Assist to analyze and understand sales contracts and ensure interpretation of the contract terms and conditions and seek clarification from team leader where necessary;Perform application of all cash receipt to the debtor balance in a timely and accurate manner;Prepare the statement of accounts for debtors regularly to ensure the debtors and revenue are completely and accurately accounted for on the books;Prepare the debtor’s aging report and work with team leader for follow up actions required;Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.RequirementDiploma holder in related disciplines;Member of recognized accounting professional bodies is an advantage;Preferably with 1-2 year relevant working experience but fresh graduate will also be considered;Experience in SAP, income audit the invoice handling will be an advantage;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel;Strong team player and can work well independently with attention to details;Proactive with commitment and sense of responsibility;Good command of written and spoken English.We offer a competitive remuneration package and a full range of benefits.
