Job description: As Mews expands across new regions and continues to build groundbreaking products, we need someone who can bring order to the numbers. We’re looking for a financial expert who will help us maintain up-to-date, accurate accounting records. As part of our Financial Reporting team, you’ll oversee complex financial operations and have the opportunity to grow with us as we continue our global journey.✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Lead the monthly group IFRS consolidation and balance sheet reporting for 20+ entities (and counting!).
• Ensure that accounting policies are applied correctly, working closely with our Technical Accounting team.
• Collaborate with the Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure precise reporting.
• Maintain the group chart of accounts and make sure everything lines up smoothly.
• Take charge of quarterly IFRS adjustments, calculations, and postings.
• Prepare full annual IFRS financial statements, including all the necessary disclosures.
• Help coordinate and support the group IFRS audit.

🤝 You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

• Significant experience with accounting, IFRS reporting, and a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong ability to critically review financial statements, identify deficiencies, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, combined with experience using ERP systems, consolidation tools, and database platforms.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to effectively cooperate with global teams and partners.
• Strong organizational skills, structured approach, and readiness to handle complex tasks with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
• ACCA/CIMA certification and previous Big 4 experience are strong advantages.
