Job description: Job Title: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (China)Position Focus:The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas – looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis. The candidate will be “hands on”; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.Job Description:

• Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.

• Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants

• Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making

• Establish and maintain key operational reports

• Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed

• Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.

Qualification:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.2. Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.3. 5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.6. Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.7. Strong P&L Logic.8. Expected salary: 8000 – 10000 per month
