They are now seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in financial performance management, strategy development, and financial reporting.You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to provide in-depth financial insights, manage budgets and forecasts, and support regulatory and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets and monthly forecasts, providing comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver insights into revenue, margin, balance sheet performance, and capital expenditure.
• Provide financial analysis to support critical business decisions, including products, projects, and treasury.
• Support the preparation of business strategy and plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and reports for decision-making and Board presentations.
• Prepare key materials for the Board, regulators (APRA), and other external parties.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and associated commentary.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree (essential); CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Advanced Excel modelling, strong forecasting and reporting skills, and proficiency in analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
