The Senior Analyst will play a key role in executing M&A transactions, developing our strategic growth plan, and implementing comprehensive integration plans of recently acquired business across Brink’s global footprint. Specific to transactional activities, the role will require financial modeling, valuation analysis and market research in support of business case development, and M&A project management, including the coordination of due diligence and our internal review/approval processes. In support of our Strategy development, activities will include performing strategic and quantitative assessments of trends, competitive positioning and new business segments. This work will support Brink’s future growth plans and will receive executive level attention and exposure. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate multiple tasks across several different teams/individuals. Special consideration will be given to individuals who have shown an ability to think creatively and use modern tools such as artificial intelligence to improve processes or systems.The position reports to the Senior Manager – Corporate Development.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
