This position is responsible for key areas including Intercompany Accounting, Equity Clearing, and various financial close activities. The analyst will collaborate with other departments to assess the business impact on financial results and provide update on cost drivers and variances. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is looking to build strong finance expertise in managing Principal organization and participate in transformation projects that offer opportunities for continuous improvement.Tasks & Responsibilities

• You are a key member of finance and accounting team responsible for ensuring accurate recording of Intercompany transactions, Equity clearing & associated tax impact, Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounting entries.
• You prepare timely and accurately Intercompany AR/AP and perform related SOX controls, including international matching confirmations and issue resolution with operating companies as required.
• You actively participate in Ethicon transformation projects (SigniFi), supporting process change management and ensuring operational readiness.
• You act as finance partner to business functions in Biosurgery Principal organization and assist with PO processing and various analytics.
• You contribute to initiatives driving finance process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency and participating in their implementation.
• You maintain the highest compliance standards while processing day-to-day activities, including assigned monthly/quarterly journal entries, accounting controls and reconciliations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required)
• Previous work experience in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient spoken and written English (required)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required)
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• A team player with a positive, can do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams fluidly
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, ability to work to tight deadlines
