Provide internal business reports to monitor business trend and evaluate business performance, including but not limited to monthly rolling forecast and Budget Assist finance director to analyze and indicate financial opportunity and risk both toplineand bottom line. Build a constructive partnership with all the interfaces. Have a sense of where the business is going, grasp the signal for the underlying trend, and see its impact of forecast delivery. Support continuous improvement in Finance process and capabilities. Leverage system capabilities to efficiently report key performance metrics to leadership team on a regular basis. Perform ad hoc data analysis and analytic support for special project.技能与岗位要求Bachelor degree is a must or master will be a plus. Min. 6 years FP&A relevant experience, FMCG industry background or cosmetic industry experience a plus. Experience from big 4 firm is welcomed. Social competence & strong communication skills Analytical and problemsolving skills, capable of multitasking and comfortable under pressure.
