Job description: Barden are delighted to assist our client, a Renewables Market Leader, who are looking for a Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years PQE, to join their Finance team as a Senior Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.“This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants a Senior Financial Accounting role in a leading Irish Renewables firm. You will get totally immersed in the business and your day-to-day managing of accounting and financial reporting information, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders, will have a genuine impact on our success.”– Head of FinanceABOUT THE ROLE:This role will be sitting in the Dublin City Centre office but will be hybrid.Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the month end accounting process for a renewables portfolio;
• Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders on variance to budget and other metrics;
• Performing quarterly investor reporting tasks;
• Preparing annual financial statements;
• Assisting in ad hoc support and analysis.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified accountant, with 1-3 years PQE;
• Strong communicator, highly organised and ability to multi-task;
• Ability to problem-solve;
• Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant role in the Renewables industry.

Expected salary: €70000 – 80000 per year
