Job description: SustainRecruit are thrilled to be working with a leading Australian brand in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team as they continue growing, both domestically in Australia and across various international markets as well.This role will have scope across BAU reporting activities in addition with responsibilities surrounding process improvement and automation as they look to align and strengthen the function.In return is the opportunity to work with a great household brand who have a strong leadership team, a strong finance team, have an excellent culture and operate on a hybrid nature (3/2 split).Key Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver accurate and timely financial results each month, ensuring completeness, compliance, and clarity for key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed management reports on a monthly basis, offering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce processing times, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Engage in proactive business partnering with various departments, providing financial expertise and support to drive business performance.
• Provide meaningful financial insights to both the finance team and wider business, enabling data-driven decision-making and growth.

Experience/Skills we are looking for:

• CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)
• Public practice background with ideally 1-3 years of PQE within a commercial environment

Expected salary: $130000 – 140000 per year
