Due to its niche offering, the business has seen strong growth and strong profitability. Going through a period of change – they are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join the business for a period of 6 months with potential to go permanent.The RoleAs the Senior Financial Accountant you will report directly into the Head of Finance and will be managing a team of 4. You will oversee all the financial and management reporting requirements for the business and deliver on the following tasks:

• Cashflow management and Cost Control
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Company Tax Compliance
• Variance Analysis
• Monthly management reports with full commentary
• Consolidations
• Mentoring of finance staff
• Ad-hoc reports/tasks

Your ProfileTo be suitable for this role you will be a CA qualified accountant with experience in a CA environment before you embarked into the commercial world. You must also display the following attributes:

• Strong technical reporting ability
• Strong understanding of Tax
• Strong excel skills
• Quick study – the ability to pick up concepts quickly and run with them
