This role will be critical in FP&A activities, driving key business insights to speed-up decision-making and supporting Company’s growth. The Senior FP&A Controller will be pivotal in developing financial models and relevant processes, supporting FP&A transition as a strategic, forward-looking partner. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a proven ability to elevate financial functions to the next level.Advanced Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Drive and coordinate various departments over Forecast/Budget process to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision-making

Strategic Support:

• Serve as a key strategic partner to Heads of functions, providing expert financial guidance and insights to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and financial goals, helping enforcing Company’s financial strategy
• Influence and challenge business decisions with robust financial analysis, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI

Reporting, Governance & Control:

• Manage monthly reporting tasks and analyses in close collaboration with Accounting
• Act as a financial spokesperson in internal and external meetings, articulating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Lead actions to improve financial processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Systems & Tools:

• Optimize and manage financial planning models to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Develop automation and streamline data collection, ensuring the function is equipped to meet the growing demands of the business

Ad hoc:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of Unilabs objectives and strategies
• Operational transformation initiatives: financial support & project controlling

Compétences requises

• 10+ years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment
• Extensive experience in strategic financial leadership with a proven track record of supporting business growth and profitability
• Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting and analysis skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Excel with experience in extracting and transforming datasets from ERP/CRM/BI platforms. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deal with uncertainty
• Curious, eager to learn and to engage with business-owners
• Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles, regulatory requirements and financial governance practices
• Fluent in English and French. Good level of German (B2 level minimum)
