• Possess A Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking.
• Minimum 3years of working experience in a related field (Property Developer/Construction company will be an added advantage).
• Candidates who are fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking manager.

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Budgeting

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze budget variances, implement corrective actions, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and allocate financial resources effectively to support company development projects.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Handle the full set of accounts, including financial statements, supporting schedules, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
• Oversee tax-related matters, including tax planning, transfer pricing policies, and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Cost Control & Risk Management

• Assess and mitigate financial risks to maintain the company’s financial stability and integrity.
• Monitor financial performance, control expenditures, and implement cost-optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets.
