Job description: Job DescriptionDo you want to be part of getting cool products into the hands of kids around the world?Join us and play an exciting – and challenging role in this strong finance partnering role!Core ResponsibilitiesIn this global role as Senior Finance manager partnering the Sales & Operations Planning process, you will play a key-role, in securing strong connection between the core financial processes and the S&OP process while also securing that the right trade-offs from a financial perspective has been considered when balancing supply and demand. More specifically you will:Finance lead into the Supply & Demand Planning processFinance lead for capacity related equipment investmentsFinance lead for inventory managementFinance lead towards Digital Transformation enablersFinance support to build risk management capabilitiesPlay your part in our team succeedingBased out of our Headquarters in Billund, you will join the Global Operations Finance Partnering team. More specifically, you will be part of a team focusing on Distribution, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory management and operating model optimization. The team has a global footprint and a global partner landscape. Balancing supply & demand become increasingly important as uncertain remains high across the world. The S&OP process is the natural place for doing exactly that across a global company like The LEGO Group. The S&OP process is not owned by Finance, but is instead an adjacent process with a need for strong E2E finance partnering.Do you have what it takes?To succeed in this role we expect you to have:+5 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a global companyStrong collaboration/networking competenciesStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skillsProven business case experienceIdeally experience from a production companyIdeally commercial experienceCourage, curiosity & confidenceProficiency in EnglishLocation: Billund, Denmark, with a flexible work model that includes up to two remote days per week.
