Job description: About the rolePremier Aegis Recruitment Company Limited is seeking a talented Senior External Affairs Officer to join one of our customers in the Kwai Chung District. Our client is a leading technology service provider in the IT & Telecommunication industry. In this full-time role, you will develop and execute strategic communication campaigns to raise the organisation’s profile and foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders.What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively promote the company’s products, services and brand to external audiences
• Managing media relations, including drafting press releases, arranging interviews and coordinating media events
• Creating engaging content for the company’s website, social media channels and other digital platforms
• Organising and participating in industry events, conferences and networking activities to raise the company’s visibility
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as industry partners, regulatory bodies and government agencies
• Providing strategic counsel and support to the leadership team on external affairs and communication matters
• Provide full spectrum of administrative, secretarial support, translations and executive assistance to Senior Management

What we’re looking for

• Degree or above in public relations, journalism, communications, public relations or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar external affairs or corporate communications role, with executive assistant or secretary experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different stakeholder groups
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using various digital and social media platforms for communication and marketing purpose
