  • M&A transactions & new projects, with a focus on transition projects / export and/or project finance structures.
  • Establish and maintain close contacts to commercial banks, ECAs and International Financing Institutions (IFIs) like OeKB, EIB, EBRD or KfW.
  • Lead applications to IFIs, IFI due diligence process, negotiate loan documentation, secure closing of the transaction and fulfill reporting requirements under the loan agreement.
  • Follow-up on any developments on regulations and market standards relating to Sustainable / Green Financing as well as lead the implementation of a sustainable / green financing project incl. a Second Party Opinion (SPO).
  • Support group companies in any funding topics (e.g. intercompany loan, refinancings, term loans, lease financings).
  • General treasury activities such as PCGs and bank guarantees, KYC processes, CFO / EB /SB motions.
  • Member and OMV representative in national/international working groups, such as e.g. ACTA / Sustainable Finance.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business or similiar area.
  • At least 9 years of professional experience,preferably within international corporates and/or banks.
  • Proven experience and ability to lead projects / transactions and work in intercultural environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the drive to close deals successfully.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
