Job description: Tasks

• Formulate and execute a strategic partnership plan with Vienna Airport that aligns with Austrian Airlines’ long-term business objectives, focusing on infrastructure development, customer experience enhancements, and operational efficiency

• Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration among various departments, ensuring alignment of internal stakeholders and creating a unified approach to negotiations and achieving partnership goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration on strategic initiatives
• Establish metrics to assess the performance and impact of the partnership with Vienna Airport. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and recommend actionable improvements
• Drive the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to emerging challenges in the airport and aviation sectors. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to ensure a forward-thinking approach to partnership development

• You hold a master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in consulting or strategic roles

• You demonstrate strong strategic and conceptual skills, with proven experience in developing and executing long-term strategic plans
• You bring innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with a record of delivering creative solutions
• You understand stakeholder interests with high empathy, enabling you to build effective negotiation strategies
• You have proven experience in establishing and maintaining successful, complex business partnerships
• You ideally have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and its market trends
• You understand the airport ecosystem and its key stakeholders
• You excel in interpersonal skills and have the confidence to work with and challenge top management
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
