The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us realize this vision.Senior Executive – Partnership & LoyaltyJob Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop and implement effective loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Assist in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for program enhancement
  • Support the Relationship Manager in executing targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty participation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of loyalty initiatives
  • Help monitor and evaluate program performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
  • Assist in planning and executing communications, promotions, and events related to the loyalty program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to loyalty program members
  • Contribute to market research efforts to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to mentor and guide junior team members

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Event Management, Hospitality, CRM or any relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management, demonstrating strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management, customer relationship management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and loyalty program software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work
  • Passion for customer loyalty initiatives and relationship management
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
  • Energetic, outgoing, and active
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Required to work shifts, including holidays
