In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing capital markets transactions, conducting market research, and supporting senior team members in various deal-related activities. You’ll focus on the development of our Capital Markets business specific to Development Land, Alternative Assets, Commercial Mid-Markets and Agriculture Deals focusing on Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and other Real Estate exercises.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions such as buying and selling of commercial properties and land, raising debt and conducting mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
• Develop pitch books, offering memoranda, and other client-facing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
• Stay current with market trends, regulations, and best practices in capital markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
