Discover more at .The Senior Executive/Associate Manager, Payroll and HR Operations is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end payroll processing and supporting HR operational activities. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient handling of employee lifecycle transactions. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and delivering a positive employee experience.At GroupM, we believe in the power of our culture and our people. These experience and behaviours are crucial for success in this role and will be key factors in evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate would have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in a multinational or large local company.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
