Job description: Job DescriptionProject management:To ensure field briefings on the study approach, questionnaire & quality checks is done along with the senior project managerTo ensure regular status updates of the study are shared both internally and with clientTo monitor the progress of the fieldwork along with the quality checksTo display a keen acumen to anticipate possible issues and roadblocks that may impede the successful handling of a project and to proactively take the required action towards managing the same, in consultation with the line manager/ keeping the line manager updatedClient relationship:To manage and conduct all client interaction in a professional, proactive manner and in line with NIQ valuesTo manage all project related communication with the client including regular project updates, field work scheduling, updates on/ enabling the client to understand the research instruments, communicating concerns/ issues faced at any stage of the research projectTo independently work on development of the project related documents – questionnaires, field brief notes, scripting notes and analysis plansTo attend and provide support for client accompaniments of fieldworkTo interpret data from different methodologies in a manner which is structured, well organized and thorough/ detailed), towards enabling a meaningful analysis and reporting of findingsTo provide support in the writing of project presentations/ reports by means of a thorough and well constructed first draftTo demonstrate keen acumen towards generating research insights and recommendations that indicates knowledge of the consumer/ category/ market context as well as the client business world in keeping with the project objectives as well as the client business objectivesTo demonstrate a willingness to learn/ a thorough understanding of the client business and marketTo support and if require conduct standup presentations for the clientTo participate in client and internal meetings and discussions in a manner which is relevant and contributoryPeople relationships:To demonstrate team spirit – willingness to help out on individual project tasks (if required), flexibility to work across clients and teamsTo actively listen and communicate openly and with clarity to client and internal teams in both verbal and written communicationTo clearly and persuasively communicate research issues, internally and externallyTo demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in dealing with difficult / complex / tricky situations of project executionThought leadership:To be involved in and contribute to company leaningsTo attend and actively participate/ contribute in all relevant company learning sessions and initiativesQualifications2 to 5 years experience within the relevant Market Research Field (Quantitative Research)First rate analytical skills with strong strategic thinking – with a curiosity to seek answers from dataIdeally experience working with FMCG or Retail ClientsIdeally worked on Product Testing, U&As and BHTsKeen attention to detail at all stages of project managementGood presentation skillsExcellent communication skills – professional and preciseProficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and ExcelFlexible approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlinesGood planning and organizational skillsCreative and innovative approachWilling to adapt change and improvementAdditional InformationOur Benefits
