To consult and drive the adoption of WORQ’s Enterprise Solutions with new clients while further expanding adoption and upselling beyond the initial sale via a forward advisory and planning approach.Consulting and delivering workplace strategy services that meets clients’ goals and objectives regarding the development of innovative and integrated workplace solutions.Preparing tender bids and proposals, including process, scope, and compensation and take part in pitches and presentations.To communicate project updates regularly to management and cross functional teams such as the status of each project, potential issues and risks.Develop and coordinate compelling clients communications via effective marketing collaterals and maintenance of marketing mediums for WORQ’s Enterprise Solutions, in order to help clients visualize and understand the benefits and implications of our strategies and recommendations.Work with client team, internal team and design team for the development of creative design concepts and space planning to illustrate how organizations can be supported through performance enhancing workplace strategies.Plan, conduct user research and gather market intelligence on real estate and workplace strategy, change management, programming, space and design planning, building appraisal, site selection and advisory services for commercial development.Direct and organize data and findings for client workshops, presentations and reports to determine the impact on business goals, organizational culture, and performance criteria for work spaces.Targeting and building relationships with potential clients, project partners, and collaborators to identify opportunities and expand WORQ’s competitive position.Other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior and management.As part of the Enterprise team, you are expected to assist in the following:Lead and manage end to end deliverables for projects including client meetings, site supervision, staffing, time tracking and project costing from inception to completion.Assist in sourcing for suitable commercial office locations for our clients and secure new landlord partners to expand the WORQ flexible office network.To be a positive tenant representative and effectively align our value proposition between landlords and potential clients.Liaising and negotiating with landlords on leasing requirements and tenancy agreements.To ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and any quality assurance policies and procedures for design, documentation, and project management.Qualifications
Min 3 years’ experience working in real estate or flexible office industry.Demonstrates in-depth familiarity of office real estate market and commercial leases.Demonstrates basic deal origination and closing experience.Demonstrates consistent attention to detail.
