As part of the Org Group that comprises Abtran and Morgan McKinley, we are growing our Technical Services division to design and deliver best in class technology solutions for our diverse clients who operate across a range of industries.We currently have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, collaborative Senior Dynamics Engineer with extensive production support experience to join our Engineering Team.The Senior Dynamics Engineer Role, reports to the Engineering Manager, and works on Dynamics systems that power our client’s application processing, case management and customer service solutions. You will play a key delivery role in leading the technical designs, and hands on coding to implement the proposed solution on a development as a service engagement.Our Senior Dynamics Engineers provide technical leadership and ownership in development, testing, deployment and support of robust & scalable solutions, and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to overcome technical challenges.What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics (On Prem) development and administration experience
  • Extensive project delivery experience – developing and implementing solutions through UAT and PROD environments
  • Production support experience – to ensure the solutions we design & implement are fully supported
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in Dynamics (e.g., C#, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Analytical mindset to investigate issues and attention to detail to delivering quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Maturity in decision making, prioritization and management of backlog and competing priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 and L3 engineering support for Dynamics 8.2 Customer Services instances, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.

Expected salary: €70000 per year
