Job description: About the RoleThe Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) leads a team responsible for enabling and supporting the delivery of strategic programs at CFA Institute. This senior leadership role works closely with the Leadership Team, program sponsors, and key stakeholders to plan and execute strategic investments. The Senior Director is accountable for the planning, reporting, delivery, and governance of all strategic initiatives across the organization. The role also oversees the organization’s project management activities, including defining governance structures, managing prioritization, and assessing business value. This position ensures the successful execution of complex projects by improving project portfolio management maturity and effectiveness across the company.Key Responsibilities
