We’re seeking a visionary Senior Director of FP&A and Strategic Planning to lead global financial planning, drive strategic initiatives, and elevate our function to world-class standards as we enter our next growth stage.Our finance team propels the business forward to achieve ambitious growth goals. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, optimising financial planning, and providing actionable insights that fuel our growth. This role balances long-term goals with day-to-day financial precision and offers the chance to shape the financial future of a global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Build and lead a high-performing multinational FP&A and Strategic Planning team, delivering insights for executives, board meetings, and investors.Strategic Insights: Leverage analytics, AI and Machine Learning (ML) to optimise financial models, evaluate performance, and drive revenue growth.Operational Excellence: Lead the development and execution of the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Oversee monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure real-time visibility into financial health.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Finance function.Global Perspective: Standardise financial processes across jurisdictions and support cross-border expansion.AI Transformation: Drive AI adoption to enhance FP&A and Strategic Planning productivity and efficiency, using predictive analytics, machine learning and advanced forecasting to enhance to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities.Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement cutting-edge tools that streamline reporting and forecasting.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions, drive AI adoption and innovation, and position the company for continued success.About you10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and leadership, ideally in high-growth or global organisations, especially in technology, SaaS, or fast-paced sectors.CIMA/CFA or equivalent qualified with proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting at a senior level.Strong background in financial modeling, performance analytics, and KPI management, with experience scaling financial processes.Experience managing finance for global operations, with an understanding of UK and US accounting standards.Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership (C-suite) through strategic insights.Proficient in financial tools and systems (Netsuite, PowerBI, Excel, AI) to drive efficiency and accuracy.Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and guide decision-making with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWe are open to applicants who are considering relocating back to the UKHow we hireBenefitsTime off – 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per yearHealth & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill – all in one mental health supportHybrid & remote work offering – 2-3 weekly visits to the London, Paddington office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a yearTeam fun – weekly socials, company-wide events and office snacks!Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and InclusionWe’re an equal opportunities employer.
