Job Functions: Information Technology, FinTechKey Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for process mining initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Leading Project team to improve banking operations (e.g. loan processing, KYC, fraud detection, payments, reconciliations).
• Identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and inefficiencies in high-risk banking processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to align process improvements with regulatory requirements.
• Quantify ROI by measuring cycle time reduction, cost savings, and error rates in transactional workflows.
• Present findings using Business Intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Finance, Banking, Business Information or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering solutions across multiple Division and Departments with a focus on process mining, business process management, or data analysis.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiar With OKR, sAFE, Agile management
• Bonus on knowledge with Gen AI, Agent Workflow, AI Related etc.
