Job Functions: Business Development, Product Development & Management, Project ManagementResponsibilities

• Innovate, develop and implement new deposits products across our digital platforms to grow business
• Generate new ideas in the light of the latest market analysis and customer needs thorough collaboration with partners to sustain business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market
• Prepare business analytics on product metrics to monitor business performance and recommend strategies to drive business growth through enhancing our digital product & services.
• Ensure all channels deposit product compliance consistency with latest regulatory requirements and industry practices

Requirements

• Degree or above
• At least 3 years’ experience in product and system improvement in banking or financial industry.
• Data analytics to drive business growth
• Relevant experience in deposits product management or account opening management especially related to end-to-end system and process revamp is a definite advantage.
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound PC knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
