We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to manage the merchandising process of beauty products.Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory control, management of forecasting and replenishment schedule
• Analyze actual product demand and refine forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans for normal, festive, seasonal ranges accordingly
• Optimize purchase and replenishment schedule by reviewing and monitoring key suppliers’ performance
• Closely monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock or excess stock situation
• Identify short expiry goods and aging stock
• Prepare regular inventory KPI report for Management review and implement improvement plans to achieve KPI targets on inventory, out of stock availability etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management or relevant aspect
• Minimum 2 years or above working experience in demand and supply planning, preferably from Retail/ FMCG/ eCommerce industry
• Sensitive to numbers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in Demand Forecast Tool / Supply planning system / Beauty products is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
