Job description: We are seeking a Senior Data Management Officer to join our client’s Data Management Unit within the Research & Data Division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional to play a key role in shaping and implementing data governance and management practices across the organization.The successful candidate will drive data quality initiatives, support the implementation of data governance frameworks, and lead the development of enterprise BI and data warehouse solutions. This position will directly contribute to raising the organization’s data management maturity level.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data management and governance strategies
• Establish and enforce data quality frameworks, metrics, and policies
• Design and manage scalable, efficient, and maintainable data warehouse systems
• Lead the development of ETL/ELT pipelines, data marts, and BI dashboards
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues, including reconciliation and profiling
• Drive awareness and compliance with data governance policies across departments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data initiatives with strategic goals
• Report on operational performance, challenges, and improvements to management

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in IT or data management roles
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data governance and business intelligence preferred.

• Data governance and metadata management
• Data analysis and visualization
• Data modeling and engineering
• ETL/ELT development and pipeline automation
• BI tools and dashboard development
• Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks and compliance
