Job description: Job Responsibilities: Assist and support Group Non-Financial Risk Team for Maybank Group to achieve the Group’s M25+ aspirations Providing accuracy and assurance for the Operational Risk Weighted Average (ORWA) for related stakeholders Analyzes and manage non-financial risk data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to create insightful reports that subsequently enhance controls Non-Financial Analytical Reporting: gathering and managing diverse data sets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy & applying various analytical methods (e.g., statistical analysis, predictive modelling, benchmarking) to interpret data and generate insights. Create detailed, structured reports that communicate analytical findings effectively to stakeholders. Key personnel for Ops Risk Capital & NFR Analytic Reporting initiatives coordinator. Administrative work to support Ops Risk Capital / GNFR initiatives and preparing materials for Ops Risk Capital & NFR Analytic Reporting ahead of risk committee meetings. Job Requirements: At least 6 years’ experience preferably in banking, statistics and risk management Data Science / Mathematics / Operational Risk / Bank Risk Management and other Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
