The incumbent is responsible for analyzing and managing ethics-related cases and provides administrative and operational support to the OREI, Research Ethics Boards (REBs) and the director. As well, the incumbent serves as the first contact point for researchers regarding questions on OREI procedures, files submitted for ethics review and requirements of the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2).Knowledge, Experience and Skills
