We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Based in the South East, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects and make a real impact within an established and ambitious business.We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the asbestos removal industry, who has successfully led operational teams-overseeing supervisors and site operatives-across the South of England. A strong background in contract delivery, including overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, is essential.You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, managing long-term contracts, pricing new works, and ensuring all projects comply with current health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. You must be confident handling technical requirements, scoping works, and driving project performance from start to finish.This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of each contract. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in person, by phone, and through written communication.Benefits:
