Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Conduct quality control and monitoring of team activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in investigations.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s processes and procedures to facilitate effective management and oversight.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in forensic investigations and internal controls.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
QualificationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, Law).
Professional certification in Forensics or Fraud Examination is preferred (e.g., CA, CFE).
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
High level of communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds and in leadership roles.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Hands on experience with data analysis tools and software relevant to investigations.
Fluency in English.ExperienceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in Forensics, with a strong understanding of the concepts and legal & regulatory requirements related to fraud investigations / forensic accounting, and / or internal investigations.What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
