We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you’ll be responsible for:Engaging stakeholders, landowners, indigenous communities, local councils, state governments and any other governing bodies/authoritiesEnsuring all contractual and legislative requirements are met prior to access of land for survey and construction worksProactively manage key stakeholders expectations and concerns to ensure access constraints do not inhibit the survey/construction programPromote a Safety First culture.How you’ll connect to the role:Ability to develop strong relationships with community and stakeholders at all levelsQualifications in communications and/or stakeholder engagement combined with hands on project experience in an infrastructure construction environmentExperience managing stakeholder expectations and balancing prioritiesEmpathy, listening skills and the ability to make sound and balanced judgmentsA good understanding of the project life cycle of major infrastructure/construction projectsAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely CultureOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
