We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our business and be part of our success.Our OpportunityDue to a series of internal promotions, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager who will play a key leadership role in driving profitability and growth across our categories.This role isn’t just about managing numbers—it’s about taking a central role in the commercial direction of a Sales Channel and Segment, leading a team, and influencing senior leaders to help grow the business in new and exciting ways.The Senior Commercial Manager will:

• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing mentorship and guidance for their growth.

• Strategic Financial Partnering: Partner with senior sales and business leaders to drive decision-making, to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and provide commercial management and delivery through the total P&L

• Drive business performance: Oversee financial performance for the sales channel, driving and reviewing forecasting, Business Cases and management of commercial risks and opportunities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the business to influence decisions and align segment and channel strategies

About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for a strategic finance leader who can partner with senior business leaders and deliver results across the total P&L. You will bring deep financial expertise and strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes.The successful candidate will have:

• Strategic and Commercial Mindset: Strong business partnering and commercial experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations with the ability to challenge and influence business decisions.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams and influencing senior business leaders to deliver strategic goals.

• Professional Qualifications: CA/CPA or CFA qualification (preferred).

• Industry Experience: Experience within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable, especially in roles involving Retail or RFS sales channels.
