Job description: We are a management services company of Nissin Foods Group located in Tai Po and looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the following post:Job duties:

• Execute raw materials purchasing activities in planning and implementation, namely placing POs, delivery arrangement, test arrangement with R&D, vendors assessment and all related logistics of different categories.
• Work with R&D on issues by arranging cost analysis, purchase reports, test materials, etc. for further optimization of materials/operations/or cost reduction.
• Investigate and solve problems arising from purchased materials within reasonable time frame and by feasible method in order to minimize impact on production.
• Work closely with other departments such as PMC, R&D and production in sourcing and qualifying new materials, new vendors regarding product specification quality and production issue.
• Monitor daily operation of suppliers of OEM products and solve problems at ad hoc basis.

Job requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Fresh graduates are also considered
• Experiences in procurement or production management are preferred.
• Sourcing experiences in China market and food indusrty are preferred.
• Good command in using MS Office application. Knowledge and understanding of ERP system and information flow are preferred.
• Good command in both spoken and written of English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Occasional business trip is requried if necessary.
