Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Data Analyst to lead all aspects of data management within Tenancy Bond Services (TBS), including playing a key role supporting the modernisation of the service.Helping to mature the collection, reporting, governance and use of data to shape a data-driven future for one of Aotearoa’s most critical tenancy service and associated data set.In this role you will:

• Lead all aspects of data management and stewardship within TBS
• Drive the development of business intelligence tools, dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Support the delivery of the TBS modernisation programme and technical change initiatives
• Ensure quality assurance, accuracy and consistency across key datasets
• Translate business needs into technical solutions across platforms like SAP Business Objects, SAS EG-VA, and MSSQL
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other government agencies

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence and reporting within a service delivery environment
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Expertise in tools, systems and strategies for effective data governance

• Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
