Job description: Looking for a Senior Business Planning Manager who can proficiently manage and strategize financial plans for the thriving FMCG business. The candidate should be adept at financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting, bringing a strategic approach, in business insights and growth plans.

• Develop comprehensive financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Involved in analyzing business insights across functions, proposed business plans and opportunities
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and present insights to senior management.
• Lead the budgeting process and maintain control of expenditure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor financial performance and report on metrics.
• Support the Accounting & Finance Department in strategic decision making.
