You will have significant experience in process improvement with a strong background in using methodologies like Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean. Your expertise in process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that lead to measurable results will be key to your success in this role.You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table allowing you to develop effective solutions to complex challenges. Your ability to manage projects and programs in dynamic, complex environments will be critical as will your excellent communication skills for preparing professional reports and presentations for senior management.A collaborative team player, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive change, while effectively managing risk and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Why choose CFA
