Your insights will support decision-making at all levels, including CFA’s Executive and senior management, ensuring the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the organisation’s compliance efforts.Further detailed responsibilities can be found in the position description attached.About YouWe are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing compliance frameworks in a large, complex organisation. You will have a solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters. Your experience in the government or emergency response sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the context in which CFA operates, will be crucial to your success in this role.Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives.
