Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Tableau SpecialistLocation: Quarry BayAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst – Tableau Specialist to join a leading premium real estate development and investment firm and a dynamic data team of 6–8 professionals, working directly under our Senior BI Manager. You’ll be the go-to expert for building and optimizing complex dashboards, enabling high-impact decision-making for our financial stakeholders.This is a chance to leave your mark in a growing BI environment—where your work will shape best practices, establish technical standards, and elevate financial reporting across the business.What You’ll DoDashboard Mastery

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end dashboards using Tableau
• Own and fine-tune existing dashboards—introduce efficiencies and better data storytelling
• Develop visualizations including waterfall charts, donut charts, and other complex formats

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with financial stakeholders to understand business needs
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable BI deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions

Project Variety & Impact

• Primarily support Finance but may also collaborate on initiatives with Ops and Marketing
• Be proactive in proposing dashboard improvements and data-driven enhancements
• Drive adoption of BI tools and methodology across teams

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Tableau experience (including Tableau Server and management)
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL is a plus)
• Knowledge of financial terminology and reporting (FS background not required)
• A solution-oriented mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Python skills are a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin language skills are advantageous
