This provides all our employees with a sense of belonging which allows them to reach their full potential.Discover Crown.Position StatementThe Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for developing strategy, generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in their designated corporate market. The Snr BDM will focus on small, mid and large opportunities that are both simple to complex in their mobility needs. The Sr. BDM will build market position by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with major corporate accounts and industry sectors. Whilst the Snr BDM will have a higher degree of autonomy, it is expected that they will work closely with the (Manager Business Development & or the Business Development Director) to align with strategy and close on more complex & strategic sales opportunities. Establishes and maintains a portfolio of prospects to develop a robust pipeline. The successful individual will ensure design and implementation of strategic territorial marketing and sales plans to ensure all sales goals and objectives are achieved and within prescribed time frame. As a Snr BDM there is an expectation that they will provide guidance to their more junior colleagues (BDA’s & BDM’s) within their team, taking a team leadership role and assisting the MBD/BDD.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentWork closely with Country Heads to develop strategies and sales objectives to market Information Management Services to multinational or national organizations in his/her territoryNew Business Development – generating new leads and identifying key decision makers in potential client businessesRegional Account Management – manage regional contracts and accounts, expanding the revenue of each customerDevelop proficiency in CIM servicesDevelopment of a sustainable pipeline of new business to deliver on strategies and sales goalsUtilize consultative approach to selling, creating client focused solutionsCapitalize and upscale opportunities across all Information Management services and across all Crown brandsMaintain absolute focus on Crown’s organizational objectives to establish growth through cross selling of servicesAchieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time framePartner with internal stake holders to capitalize cross brand service propositionsCollaborate, prepare and deliver exceptional proposals, presentations, RFPs and other client facing presentationsPrepare and Lead Client Best and Final presentation process where appropriateMeet and/or exceed established goals, call targets, revenue targets, and new business acquisition initiatives, jointly with sales and management teamsUtilize and maintain accurate records in CRM databaseUtilize internal CRM Call Histories to maintain a regular call cycle/follow up contact with potential and target corporate customers, as detailed within the Strategy PlanUnderstand and share knowledge of market drivers and anticipate trendsAttend annual sales conferences / training seminars and networking functions on a national, regional and/or local basisEffectively partner with and support network members in developing corporate leads and sales activityCreate and execute plans to ensure monthly and quarterly account developmentDrive and manage local marketing programs in conjunction with marketing departmentTravels up to 30% of his/her time to support marketplace activity and to meet sales requirementsEstablish a professional, working and consultative relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industryParticipate in sales projects or
