Job description: Create impact as a Senior Business Development ManagerJoin the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.Mō te Tūranga | About the RoleReporting into the National Manager, Property NZ Broker Distribution & Specialty, the Senior Business Development Manager is pivotal in strategically managing key broker portfolios to achieve targeted growth and profit objectives. This role involves identifying and developing significant business opportunities from brokers, analyzing broker portfolios by segmentation to create strategic business plans, and executing special projects to implement IAG NZ’s broker strategy. With delegated underwriting authority, the role ensures the delivery of total quality service.Close collaboration with Senior Underwriters and the underwriting team is essential to provide exceptional service and support to broker partners.
