Our goal is to accelerate innovation in life sciences through operational excellence, ethical research practices, and strategic partnerships.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Trial Research Coordinator to support our growing operations in Pakistan. This position plays a vital role in managing day-to-day clinical trial activities, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the expansion of Minerva’s global business reach.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and engage international client relationships using global data sources and social media platforms.Convert potential leads into long-term business collaborations with global pharmaceutical companies, CTUs, and CROs.Maintain continuous liaison with investigators, hospitals, and medical research professionals.Oversee the operational aspects of clinical trials and ensure protocol compliance.Contribute to protocol development, informed consent preparation, and synopsis writing.Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data, ensuring full compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.Deliver academic or technical training as required.Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks, IRB requirements, pharmacovigilance standards, and ethical conduct of research.Use clinical trial software/data portals for reporting and record-keeping.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Pharm-D (preferred), MBBS, or BDSExperience: 2–3 years in clinical trial coordination or related roles at a CRO, CTU, pharma company, or medical institution.Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, GCP, ethics, and pharmacovigilance.Familiarity with data management, quality assurance, and regulatory submission processes.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication in English and Urdu (written and spoken).Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and software data portals.Confident, energetic, and career-driven.Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Commitment to long-term association and professional growth.Work Schedule & FacilitiesTimings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PKT)For Female Staff: Company transport providedFor Male Staff: Monthly transportation allowanceBenefitsMarket-competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive medical insuranceEOBI coveragePaid time off and public holidaysLearning and development supportMental health and employee wellness programsInclusive and collaborative work cultureProfessional networking opportunitiesTeam-building and CSR activitiesFamily-friendly leave policiesMinerva Research Solution is an equal opportunity employer.
